Vision: We’re going to change the world by being the safest and most innovative precast building company.
Mission: We partner with our customers to innovate, design and build meaningful buildings in which to live, work and play.
Now in its third generation of family-ownership, Mid-States Concrete Industries is a leader in the precast industry, providing hollowcore plank, wall panels, beams, columns and balconies to its clients.
We are always looking to add top talent to our team. Our company behaviors include safety before all else; embrace a YES! attitude; be candid; put yourself in someone else’s shoes; practice the four referability habits (be on time, say please and thank you, do what you say you are going to do and finish what you start); and be a little weird.
